You will need to phone Synergy and Alinta Gas at your earliest convenience to connect the accounts in your name.  In most cases this will be completed over the phone.  If you live in a strata building and they cannot find your unit, please check with your property manager as it may be invoiced by the strata company direct to your property manager.
