Tenant Selection - One thing which comes with experience is also understanding people.  Our senior property manager will always interview tenants before recommending anyone to our owners.  All references are thoroughly checked with phone interviews, and every prospective tenant is checked on the national tenancy database. 

Accounting - We believe it's important that our property management department knows figures just as well as tenant selection.  End of Month is completed on the 25th of each month to ensure every owner has funds in their account for the last business day of the month.

Trades People - bellcourt property management has spent many years building up a quality team of contractors who are on time, on budget and importantly understand property management.  In many instances we are only as good as our contractors and we value our good working relationship.

Property Condition Reports - Our property condition reports are some of the best in the industry.  They contain in-depth details on the state of your property for your protection, and include many photos.  We expect at the end of each tenancy, your property will be handed over in the same condition as when the tenant moved in, no exceptions!
