Over the last 10 sales this month, we have noticed and felt an increase in buyer interest and competition, this is at both home opens and through online enquiry. The last 3 properties we have launched have sold after the first home open, and we have seen on average 20+ groups to each inspection, averaging 5+ offers which has led to a successful sale for our sellers. We have achieved this success during the winter period, which traditionally is a quieter time both for transactions and buyer interest.
