38 Glyde Street

Glyde Street was the first multi-unit development of this scale within Mosman Park for decades.

Completed in 2020 It consisted of 29 luxurious apartments with a range of 1, 2, 3 & 4 bedroom apartments that will catered for the needs of the community. All apartments were larger than the state average.

In addition to the residential component there is an activated commercial   ground plain as well as an office located on the 5th floor.
