Casey Sinclair

Casey is an integral part of the division and works closely with Fay. Casey's knowledge of current market rates, market conditions, competition, trade audits, cost saving initiatives, new technologies, marketing and advertising of each property means every owner has comfort that our pricing is correct and we are constantly looking at proactive ways to improve the return in our asset division.

Fay and Casey are also recognised with 1st Place in the 2026 REIWA Awards for Lowest Days on Market, reflecting their ability to secure quality tenants quickly and efficiently while helping owners save money through proactive problem solving and expert management.

What are your hobbies outside of work?
I enjoy spending time with friends and family, going to the gym and camping.

Crispy pork belly, potato bake and apple sauce.

If your career wasn’t in real estate, what would it be?
I would love to work as a marine biologist or marine photographer.

What would be your superpower?
Invisibility.
