About Phoebe MacArthur

During a 'temporary' break from her studies at Notre Dame in 2020, Phoebe started her career as a Real Estate Receptionist just outside of Perth CBD. It was here that she found her passion for the industry, while spending the next year refining her skills and knowledge. In 2021 she found her place with the Bellcourt Mount Lawley team, and she hasn’t looked back since.

If your career wasn’t in Real Estate, what would you be doing for a living?
In another life I would love to be doing something in Astrophysics or Cosmology.

What do you love most about your job?
Being able to ease the pressure of selling a home by managing all the moving parts for our clients. I find a genuine sense of purpose in seeing the relief they feel knowing everything is being taken care of.

What’s the hardest thing about working in Real Estate?
Switching off after hours can be a challenge since Real Estate never sleeps.

Do you have any hobbies? How do you spend your time outside of work?
Music has always been huge part of my life, I've usually got a concert to go to with my friends.

Your last meal on Earth?
Chilli prawn ramen, my Grans strawberry tart and a 24pk of White Monster.

Favourite restaurant / bar in WA?
Happs Winery.
