Wayne Heldt

With over two decades of real estate experience, Wayne uses his wealth of market & technical property knowledge coupled with strong negotiation to provide his clients a concise and effective selling experience.

Following tertiary studies in sales and marketing, Wayne’s first real estate role was with a suburban agency in Perth’s south. After developing a strong understanding of the industry, Wayne spent the next few years in project marketing and sales for a number of national and international property developers.

After returning to traditional real estate sales and serving as Licensee to some of WA’s top performing offices, Wayne opened Bellcourt Mount Lawley in 2019 in partnership with a long standing colleague, bringing his breadth of experience to a boutique, service led agency.

I think I’d be doing something in Finance or Property Tech.

What do you love most about your job?
Developing systems and resources that help our team and clients.

What’s the hardest thing about working in Real Estate?
Managing people’s expectations.

Do you have any hobbies?  How do you spend your time outside of work?
There’s not much time outside of work… but cooking, food & wine, spending time with my wife and venturing down South.

Your last meal on Earth?
Zambelli’s Pizza (Walcott Street North Perth).

Favourite restaurant / bar in WA?
Blue Manna Bistro (Dunsborough).
