More choice for buyers as Perth's property market moves into November.
Perth's property market continues to evolve, with more homes coming onto the market and buyers gaining greater choice as spring progresses.
According to the latest REIWA figures, 9,217 properties were listed for sale across Perth in the week ending 1 November, up from 8,013 four weeks earlier. This increase gives buyers more opportunities to find the right property, while sellers need to ensure their homes stand out in an increasingly competitive market.
Perth's median house sale price currently sits at $970,000, while the median unit price is $700,000, according to the latest REIWA figures for the 12 months ending October 2026.
For houses, the median price is $890,000 for a three-bedroom property and $1.05 million for a four-bedroom home. For units, the median price is $690,000 for a two-bedroom property and $900,000 for a three-bedroom property.
The rental market also remains an important consideration for property owners and investors. Median weekly rents are currently $750 for houses and $700 for units, highlighting the ongoing cost of securing a rental in Perth.
With more properties becoming available for sale, careful pricing, effective marketing and a well-planned strategy remain essential for sellers looking to achieve the best possible result.
