About Teri Mancini

Teri began her Real Estate career in 2020 as an inspections manager, where she worked for two years before transitioning into Property Management at the start of 2023. She uses her previous experience to assist in managing our properties with a very keen eye and takes pride in being able to provide quality support for our landlords and tenants.

Teri is a passionate, bright, and valued member of the Bellcourt Mount Lawley team. She aims to refine her skills and grow within our office to become a full-time Property Manager with her own portfolio.

If your career wasn’t in Real Estate, what would you be doing for a living?
I would love to work somewhere that I can help/ rescue animals so that they can have a fresh start and live their best life.

What do you love most about your job?
I get to meet so many new people each day which is amazing!

What’s the hardest thing about working in Real Estate?
It can be hard to ‘switch off’ after hours.

Do you have any hobbies? How do you spend your time outside of work?
I love going to any one of the markets on a Sunday, walking my dog and spending time with family/friends.

Your last meal on Earth?
Literally any type of pasta!

Favourite restaurant / bar in WA?
Aqcua E Sale – Italian of course!
